PARAMOLD MANUFACTURING LLC is looking for motivated and reliable Factory Workers to join their team in Sayville, NY! Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment on the factory floor
- Assemble, inspect, and package manufactured products according to quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Load and unload materials, parts, and finished goods as needed
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, factory, or production environment preferred
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
