Experienced Automotive Technician – A/B Level

Weber Automotive | North Olmsted, OH

Weber Automotive is looking for an experienced A- or B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a skilled technician who can confidently diagnose and repair today's vehicles with minimal supervision. If your experience is primarily oil changes, tires, and basic maintenance, this position is not the right fit.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
Perform brake, steering, suspension, engine, and drivetrain repairs
Use scan tools, wiring diagrams, service information, and diagnostic equipment
Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections
Document findings and repairs accurately
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

What We're Looking For

Several years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
Ability to perform repairs independently and accurately
Experience with professional diagnostic equipment and scan tools
Your own professional technician hand tools
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
ASE certifications preferred
A commitment to continued training and professional growth

Just as Important as Skill

We want a technician who is dependable, productive, takes pride in their work, and works well with a team. Someone who takes responsibility, doesn't cut corners, and wants to keep getting better at their craft.

Why Weber Automotive?

We've served the North Olmsted community since 1995 and have built our reputation on honesty, quality workmanship, and doing things the right way.

We invest in modern diagnostic equipment, manufacturer-specific tools, technical information, and ongoing training so our technicians have what they need to succeed.

We're a AAA-Approved, NAPA Gold-Certified shop with ASE Master Certified technicians, and we believe in testing and diagnosing, not guessing and throwing parts at problems.

If you're an experienced technician who's good at what you do and looking for a professional shop where your skills will be respected, we'd like to talk with you.

Compensation: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
