Working for a 30+ years State Farm Insurance & Financial Services Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist insurance customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle insurance customers' inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance customer interactions.
- Proficient with the insurance daily operations to drive retention and cross selling of insurance products
- Develop new prospective insurance customers in various methods
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Energetic, friendly, and ability to build client relationships
- Problem-solving abilities..
- Property & Casualty, and Life & Health Insurance licenses (must possess or be able to acquire asap)
- Strong works ethics
- Persuasive

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Cantonese
