About the Role:
Matthew P Mardiney MD PC is seeking a talented and dedicated Board Certified Allergist/Asthma Specialist to join our thriving medical practice ADVANCED ALLERGY AND ASTHMA CENTERS in Lutherville and Bel Air, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by delivering expert allergy and asthma care in a professional and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of allergic conditions, including asthma, rhinitis, eczema, food allergies, and immunologic disorders
- Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans and long-term allergy management strategies
- Perform and interpret allergy skin testing, pulmonary function tests, and other diagnostic procedures
- Administer and oversee allergen immunotherapy programs
- Educate patients and families on allergy triggers, asthma management, and preventive care
- Collaborate with referring physicians and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Allergy and Immunology is required
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Allergy/Immunology fellowship program
- Valid Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience diagnosing and managing asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies, and related conditions
- Strong patient communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a physician-led private practice setting

Compensation: $250,000.00 - $261,000.00 per year
