What you're responsible for: NAR and local Realtor association dues, continuing education, and annual license renewal. We list it upfront because we'd rather you know now.
Refer-5 Program: Refer active agents and earn $50/month per referral toward your monthly plan. Refer enough and your overhead drops to near zero.
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania real estate license (or in process)
- Self-motivated; this is a 1099 independent contractor role
- Pittsburgh metro area preferred
