Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Medical Assistant to become an integral part of our patient care team. You’ll prepare patient visits by organizing charts, pulling medical notes, and supporting our nurses and medical staff with routine care. This role also includes managing medical supplies, tracking lab results, and ensuring all testing is completed and reported promptly. The ideal candidate brings a customer-focused attitude, eagerness to learn, and experience in a fast-paced medical setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare charts, pull notes, and set up medical equipment before patient visits.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment after use
- Answer phones address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Assist nurses and physicians with medical procedures and patient care
- Track and report lab results, call in prescriptions, and handle office tasks
- Manage medical supply inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant or BLS certification preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus

Our skilled and experienced physicians at Southern Nevada Family Medicine offer a wide range of medical services, such as primary care, pre-op, surgical clearance, specialist referrals, and many more physical and wellness-related services.
