About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at Quest Physical Therapy in Issaquah, WA. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to assist our therapists in providing exceptional care to our patients and helping them on their journey to recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
- Assist in exercise instructions, modalities, patient education
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, uploading files into our medical records system, answering phones
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Provide support to therapists and patients as needed
- Monthly educational opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science (or Similar)
- Ambitions to attend physical therapy school and or other allied health care schooling
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
