About the Role:
Dmack-agency Inc is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team in Atlanta, GA! This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of interior spaces including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors to maintain cleanliness standards
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with facility guidelines
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor
- Restock cleaning supplies and manage inventory of janitorial products
Requirements:
- Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
- Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment including floor buffers and vacuums
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
