What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
- Recommend coverage solutions based on each customer's individual needs.
- Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and strengthen client relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
