About the Role:
Fairclough Behavior Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Duluth/Gwinnett/Snellville/Lawrencville, GA. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
- Collect accurate behavioral data and document session notes in a timely manner
- Use evidence-based techniques such as DTT, NET, and behavior intervention strategies
- Monitor client progress and communicate updates to supervising BCBA
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce skill generalization
Requirements:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
- Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable with a client-centered approach
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Gwinnett, GA area
- Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
