Dan's Pet Care isn't a gig — it's a career. We're the only pet care company on Long Island with a 24/7 staffed cage-free boarding facility, and every team member is a W-2 employee with real benefits, real training, and real support from day one. We've earned 14+ industry awards including PSI's Pet Sitter of the Year, multiple Best of Long Island honors, and an NYS Senate Empire Award. Apple even featured us as a Small Business Success Story. That reputation isn't built on marketing — it's built by our team. Whether you're walking dogs across Nassau and Suffolk Counties or working at our Glen Cove facility, you'll be part of a company that invests in its people as much as the animals they care for. If you love animals and want to do meaningful work with a team that actually has your back, we'd love to meet you.
