• Maintain accurate customer records and activity in agency systems
• Work with the team to achieve individual and agency sales goals.

• An excellent communicator and active listener.
• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable making calls and following up with prospects.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Coachable, dependable, and eager to improve.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
