DUANELUX LLC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Preferred Dealer to represent top-tier brands Verizon and Frontier in Sarasota, FL. Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote Verizon and Frontier products and services to new and existing customers
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
- Educate customers on wireless plans, internet packages, and device options
- Process new activations, upgrades, and account changes accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
- Stay current on Verizon and Frontier promotions, products, and industry trends
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, wireless, or telecommunications preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales quotas
- Ability to learn and explain technical products and service plans clearly
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or GED required; some college a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
