Compensation: $20.00 – $28.00/hr DOE + 20% travel premium, production bonuses, and travel allowances

3DCP Companies is at the forefront of smart construction technology, pioneering the future of 3D Construction Printing (3DCP). We are seeking a dependable, hardworking 3DCP Construction Skilled Laborer to support cutting-edge residential, commercial, and specialty 3D printing projects.

Position Summary
The 3DCP Skilled Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled construction duties in support of residential, commercial, and/or specialty construction projects. This position works closely with foremen, skilled tradespeople, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and according to project specifications.

The successful candidate should be dependable, safety-conscious, physically capable of performing construction work, able to operate common construction tools and equipment, and willing to learn additional construction skills and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Construction Support: Assist carpenters, concrete workers, and other trades with framing, concrete work, drywall, finish work, and general site assembly.
  • Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard hand and power tools, access equipment (ladders, scaffolding, lifts), and perform basic tool maintenance.
  • Material Handling & Site Prep: Receive, stage, and organize job-site materials. Manage inventory levels, dispose of debris, and keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance: Execute tasks according to project specifications and drawings while adhering strictly to OSHA and company safety requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Prior experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, or general skilled labor preferred (2+ years preferred). Experience with carpentry, framing, concrete, or finish work is a strong plus.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift in various weather conditions.
  • Core Skills: Ability to read measurements, follow verbal/written instructions, and maintain dependable attendance. Ability to read basic construction plans/drawings is preferred.
  • Travel Credentials: Valid Driver's License and valid Passport required for domestic and international deployments.
Compensation & Perks
  • Paid Training: 8-week training program based in Tooele, UT at $20.00–$28.00/hr DOE starting within 2 weeks of Notice to Proceed.
  • Travel Perks: 20% hourly rate premium during on-site travel assignments, plus production bonus opportunities.
  • Travel Covered: Full company coverage for lodging, 3 meals per day, and round-trip flights home during standard 7-week on-site rotation schedules.
Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
