Location: We offer services in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx. You must be willing to work in all of these areas and use public transportation.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English): Must be fluent in Spanish. A basic level of English is required.
- Teamwork: Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others.
- Good Work Ethic: Responsible, punctual, and willing to lead by example.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to train, motivate and lead a team.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of cleaning experience and between 3 and 6 months of experience in a leadership position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise Large Cleaning Jobs: Ensure quality and efficiency in larger projects.
- Conduct Housekeeping Inspections: Review the work of new team members (2 to 3 times per week).
- Follow-up with Clients: Attend to and resolve any customer concerns or problems.
- Hiring and Training: Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new cleaning team members.
- On-Site Estimates: Calculate the approximate number of hours needed to complete a project.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
