Are you a morning person, reliable, energetic and do you like to work with people?

Crunch Fitness Anjou is looking for a full-time Member Services Advisor to ensure the opening of the club.

The schedule is fixed: Monday to Friday, from 4:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

At Crunch, you're often the first smile of the day. Your goal: to offer a great experience to each member, as soon as they arrive.

Your daily life

• Open the club and prepare the premises for the arrival of members
• Welcome members with energy and good humor
• Answer questions in person and over the phone
• Present our different subscription options, without pressure
• Carry out follow-ups, file openings and transactions
• Assist members when a situation arises
• Participate in maintaining the cleanliness and order of the club
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and dynamic atmosphere

What we are looking for

• Available Monday to Friday, 4:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
• Reliable, punctual and autonomous
• Experience in customer service or sales
• High School Diploma (DES)
• CPR/AED certification or in the process of obtaining it
• Fluent in French, English is an asset
• Sociable, positive and proactive
