Crunch Fitness Anjou is looking for a full-time Member Services Advisor with good schedule flexibility.

Shifts are variable and can be between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., depending on the needs of the club.

At Crunch, you're often the first smile and the person our members turn to when they need help. Your goal: to provide a great experience for every member, every day.

Your daily life

• Welcome members with energy and good humor
• Answer questions in person and over the phone
• Present our different subscription options, without pressure
• Carry out follow-ups, file openings and transactions
• Assist members when a situation arises
• Participate in maintaining the cleanliness and order of the club
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and dynamic atmosphere

What we are looking for

• Good schedule flexibility between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
• A reliable, punctual and autonomous person
• Experience in customer service or sales
• A high school diploma (DES)
• CPR/AED certification or in the process of obtaining it
• Fluent in French, English is an asset
• A sociable, positive and proactive personality
