Primetone is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and well-natured individual to join our team as a full-time Porter at The Wyldes, a residential property located in Harrison, New Jersey.

The primary responsibility for this position will be the maintenance, detailed cleaning of the property, collection and proper disposal of trash throughout the property, ensuring that indoor and outdoor areas are kept clean, tidy and in optimal condition.

Responsibilities:

• Collection, management and proper disposal of garbage and recycling
• Cleaning, maintenance and organization of garbage rooms
• Transfer of garbage bags and recyclable materials to the corresponding containers
• Keep waste containers and areas clean, disinfected and organized
• Detailed cleaning and general maintenance of common areas, indoor and outdoor
• Conduct periodic tours to ensure the cleanliness, order, and good presentation of the property
• Keeping the facility clean, safe, and organized at all times
• Report any conditions that require additional repair or maintenance
• Support in other general maintenance tasks as needed

✅ Willingness and ability to perform physical labor
✅ Ability to lift, move and carry garbage bags
✅ Previous experience as a porter or in maintenance is welcome, but not mandatory

We offer:

💰 $16.50 per hour
📅 Full-time position
🏠 Days off: Tuesday and Thursday
