Your Impact
This unique position combines your hands-on caregiving knowledge with office-based responsibilities.
- Recruit and connect with prospective caregivers.
- Conduct telephone screenings and in-office interviews.
- Assist with onboarding, orientations, and caregiver training.
- Introduce caregivers to clients and help ensure successful placements
- Provide hands-on coaching and support to caregivers in the field.
- Help coordinate coverage for call-offs and urgent staffing needs.
Approximately 80% of your time will be spent in our Bingham Farms office recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting caregivers, with approximately 20% spent in the field providing caregiver support, training, client introductions, and coverage when needed.

What you bring
- 2+ years of professional caregiving experience, preferably 1:1 senior care.
- Prior Office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to adapt to changing needs
- Comfortable speaking with candidates, caregivers, clients, and families
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software and systems.
- Ability to confidently interview, coach, train, and provide feedback to caregivers.
- Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and shared on-call rotation.
- Must maintain a valid driver license, current car insurance and vehicle registration, and have a reliable personal vehicle.
Compensation
$21-$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
