Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) — Part-Time Remote

Employment: Part-Time
Compensation: $80–$110/hour

Early Lens Neurobehavioral Center (ELNC) is seeking a compassionate, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Maryland LBA to join our growing clinical team in a part-time remote capacity.

The Behavior Analyst will provide clinical oversight, treatment planning, staff supervision, caregiver guidance, and data-based case consultation for assigned clients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This position is ideal for a BCBA/LBA seeking flexible part-time hours while remaining meaningfully involved in clinical care and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight for assigned ABA cases.

  • Develop, review, and modify individualized treatment plans, behavior support plans, and skill-acquisition programs.

  • Analyze client data and make data-based treatment decisions.

  • Provide remote supervision, clinical consultation, and protocol modification when clinically appropriate and permitted by payer and regulatory requirements.

  • Supervise, coach, and provide performance feedback to RBTs/BTs.

  • Support implementation of evidence-based interventions including FCT, DRA/DRI, reinforcement procedures, antecedent strategies, behavior-reduction protocols, and generalization programming.

  • Conduct and/or contribute to functional and skills-based assessments.

  • Provide caregiver training and family guidance through telehealth when appropriate.

  • Monitor treatment integrity, client progress, barriers to treatment, and staff performance.

  • Review clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and consistency with treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with families, RBTs, clinical leadership, schools, and other treatment providers as appropriate.

  • Participate in clinical meetings and case consultations as needed.

  • Complete documentation within ELNC and payer-required timelines.

  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical requirements, Maryland regulations, HIPAA, payer requirements, and ELNC policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

  • Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in good standing.

  • Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs.

  • Strong knowledge of skill acquisition, functional assessment, behavior reduction, caregiver training, and data analysis.

  • Ability to effectively supervise and provide feedback to RBTs/BTs.

  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain a confidential, HIPAA-appropriate remote workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with center-based, home, school, and community ABA services; telehealth supervision; caregiver training; moderate-to-severe challenging behavior; and assessments such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, and FAST is preferred.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a part-time remote position with flexible scheduling based on caseload and clinical needs. Afternoon and/or early evening availability is preferred.

Compensation: $80–$110 per hour, commensurate with experience, qualifications, availability, and assigned responsibilities.
