Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and deliver orders directly to their vehicles with a friendly attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff efficiently
- Ensure order accuracy before delivering to customers
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot, car hop stations, and surrounding work areas
- Restock supplies and condiments as needed throughout the shift
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any order issues quickly and professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service, car hop, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be available for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
