This position is responsible for the daily marketing and establishing of new corporate membership sales; as well as, coordinating health fairs, open enrollments and corporate partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and follow up of new corporate accounts.
- Responsible for self-lead generation, calls and prospecting for new Corporate accounts
- Plan and help implement various health promotion services.
- Develop and present monthly membership, participation and financial information.
- Provide a profit and loss summary for health promotion services
- Respond to corporate members to actively pursue wellness
- Attends all staff and club meetings and events
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Works to develop new programming and services for corporate accounts.
- Works closely with retention department to ensure high participation in the fitness center.
- Ensures that all required documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
- Develop working relationships in the Fort Collins community.
Expectations:
- Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the Genesis Health Clubs
- Provide input in developing strategies to support goals and objectives
- Develop and build a team atmosphere among staff and department
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints
Job Requirements:
- Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays if needed
- Ability to work well with others
- Customer service abilities
- Knowledge of the health club / gym industry
- Sales experience not required but helpful
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing and speaking
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
