You don't have to come from insurance. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, hospitality, entrepreneurship, retail, or other people-focused industries. If you're coachable, competitive, dependable, and willing to put in the work, we'll help you learn the industry and develop your skills.
Spanish/English bilingual skills are highly preferred.

What You'll Do
- Prospect for new customers through community and local business outreach.
- Connect with potential customers and uncover their insurance needs.
- Educate customers on coverage options and insurance benefits.
- Prepare and present appropriate insurance solutions.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with prospects and turn opportunities into business.
- Provide excellent service by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or prospecting experience preferred.
- A "hunter" mentality and desire to win new business.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Positive, confident, and professional personality.
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
- Organized with good time-management skills.
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
- Coachable and willing to continuously improve.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.
Licensing
Already licensed? Great!
Not licensed yet? No problem. You must be willing to obtain the required insurance licenses upon hire.
