Our State Farm agency is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

● Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers.
● Answer questions and provide outstanding customer service.
● Assist customers with policy changes, updates, billing questions, and documents.
● Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
● Help customers understand their insurance coverage and options.
● Follow up with customers and make sure their needs are taken care of.
● Maintain accurate customer records.
● Work closely with our team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
● Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the agency.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
● Michigan Property & Casualty license required prior to starting.
● Already licensed in Michigan? Great!
● Not currently licensed but willing to obtain your license? We’re interested in you!
● Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and stay organized.
● Someone who takes pride in helping customers and being part of a team.
