Compensation
- $40,000–$48,000 base salary
- Commission and performance bonuses
- Realistic total income: $52,000–$80,000+
- Top producers can earn $90,000+
What You’ll Do
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance
- Work internet leads, referrals, and existing-customer opportunities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and consistent follow-up
- Cross-sell and help customers consolidate their insurance
- Meet monthly sales and activity goals
What You Need
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Insurance or sales experience
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-up
- Motivated, coachable, dependable, and results-driven
- Life & Health license preferred

Full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office position in Henderson, Nevada.
