Primetone is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and well-natured individual to join our team as a full-time Porter at Two South Willow, a residential property located in Montclair, New Jersey.

The primary responsibility for this position will be maintenance , detailed cleaning of the property, collection and proper disposal of trash, ensuring that indoor and outdoor areas are kept clean, tidy and in tip-top condition.

Responsibilities:

• Collection, management and proper disposal of garbage and recycling
• Cleaning, maintenance and organization of garbage rooms
• Transfer of garbage bags and recyclable materials to the corresponding containers
• Keep waste containers and areas clean, disinfected and organized
• Detailed cleaning and general maintenance of common areas, indoor and outdoor
• Conduct periodic tours to ensure the cleanliness, order, and good presentation of the property
• Keeping the facility clean, safe, and organized at all times
• Report any conditions that require additional repair or maintenance
• Support in other general maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Be responsible, punctual and reliable
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness and ability to perform physical labor
• Ability to lift, move and carry trash bags
• Previous experience as a porter or in maintenance is welcome, but not mandatory

We offer:

$16.50 per hour
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Days off: Friday and Saturday
