ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in November 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience in the business and a passion for helping others grow. I'm a Finance graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Colorado native who enjoys sports, camping, the outdoors, and spending time at Red Rocks.

As an Account Associate for Jake Christensen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
