I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships.
Being involved in our community is important to me. I'm an active member of Rotary, serve as a Chamber Ambassador, and support Main Street Sylva. Building relationships and giving back are core values of both my agency and my family.

As an Account Associate for Patricia Bryson-Wink - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Patricia Bryson-Wink - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
