I opened my agency in 2024 after spending three years in the Agent Aspirant program preparing for agency ownership. I'm originally from the DC area and a proud graduate of Wake Forest University. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and watching football.
Our agency offers paid time off, licensing costs paid up front, and a Simple IRA with a 3% employer match. We also believe in rewarding the team for reaching goals - hit the daily team goal and you may head home an hour early, or hit the weekly goal and enjoy a 2:00 PM start to your weekend on Friday.

As an Account Associate for Jackson Mote - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Jackson Mote - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
