ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Michael Affholter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
Consult customers with billing and insurance questions.
Assist customers with insurance needs.
Introduce customers to our vast offerings of insurance products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years of experience in insurance and customer service.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Insurance licensing or intention to obtain Property/Casualty and Life/Health preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
