- Communicate effectively with parents and staff to support the educational journey of each child.
- Adapt to different classroom settings and age groups as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
- Strong classroom flexibility to adapt to various teaching environments.
