Location: The Learning Experience - Oak Creek, WI
Pay: $16-$19 per hour, based on experience and credentials
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Support Lead Teachers with daily classroom routines and learning activities
- Engage children through play, art, music, movement, sensory activities, and hands-on learning
- Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions
- Provide attentive supervision and positive guidance
- Help prepare classroom activities and learning materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with teachers and center leadership
- Provide classroom and ratio coverage as needed
- Follow Wisconsin childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous daycare, preschool, childcare, or experience working with children preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- Patient, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements
