ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first agency in 2009 and today lead 17 team members across three agencies. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industry, where I developed a strong background in sales and leadership. I'm a UC Santa Barbara graduate, grew up in the Santa Monica area, have three children, and enjoy traveling and training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Giving back is a big part of what we do. Each year, we provide scholarship funds to help two students from lower-income families access educational opportunities. We also support Christmas in the Park, local food banks, and youth sports teams.
Our agency offers a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also invest in our culture through an annual BBQ, team-building activities, and two planning conferences each year.

As an Account Associate for Chris Buich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Chris Buich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
