Our agency opened in 2023 and has quickly grown into a close-knit team of seven who work together to help customers protect their future. Role Description:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for a college student or someone looking for a part-time position in a professional office environment. Full-time availability may also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Transfer customers to the appropriate team member
- Take customer payments
- Make reminder calls regarding missed or past-due payments
- Take messages of customer requests
- Help with general office and administrative tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly and professional communication
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Reliable, organized, and responsible
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- No insurance license required
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
