Social Media Marketing Coordinator

LOCATION Cleveland, OH area (local candidates only) | SALARY $45,000–$58,000/year, based on experience | TRAVEL ~10–20%, incl. events & shoots

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Coordinator to grow our brand's presence. You'll create and schedule content, engage with our online community, and help capture and produce content at live events — including video shoots, trade shows, and industry conferences. This role requires occasional travel.

What You'll Do

•      Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

•      Create and distribute a monthly newsletter and blogs. Vlogs, etc. 

•      Coordinate and assist with on-location video shoots and photo content

•      Represent ADS at trade shows and industry events, capturing real-time content and engaging with attendees

•      Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and support community engagement

•      Track performance metrics and report on campaign results

•      Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging

•      Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social tools

What We're Looking For

•      1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or a related field

•      Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills

•      Comfort with basic video/photo editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, Elementor, etc.)

•      Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines

•      Willingness and ability to travel periodically for events and shoots (approx. 10–20%, may include some overnight travel)

•      Must be based in or near the Cleveland, OH area

•      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
