We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Staff in 2000 Biscayne, Miami, FL.
Position: Cleaning Staff – Part-Time
Location: 2000 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Payment Hours: Every two weeks
Start Date: October 1, 2026
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Clean and disinfect common areas, amenities and bathrooms.
-Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust.
-Clean glass, mirrors, doors and high-touch surfaces.
-Remove garbage and keep garbage areas clean.
-Replenish cleaning supplies and bathroom products.
-Keep work areas clean and organized.
-Follow assigned cleaning schedules and property procedures.
-Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety situations.
REQUIREMENTS
-Be a reliable and punctual person.
-Be hardworking and detail-oriented.
-Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance of areas preferred.
-Ability to work independently.
-Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks.
-Have reliable transportation.
-Flexible availability according to the needs of the property.
