What You'll Do

Diagnose, Repair & Deliver Quality Service

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.

  • Perform thorough system inspections and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Complete HVAC repairs and replacements safely and according to applicable codes.

  • Perform electrical work associated with HVAC service within applicable licensing requirements.

  • Explain findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners.

  • Provide excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.

  • Maintain accurate service records and professional work areas.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.

  • Applicable HVAC licenses and certifications as required for the position.

  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, electrical components, and safety standards.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to educate homeowners and help them make informed decisions.

  • Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.

  • Commitment to quality workmanship and continued professional development.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements.

  • Ability to meet applicable job-related pre-employment screening requirements.
