About the Role:
Validation Associates LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their growing team in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home modification strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to discharge planning processes
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current NBCOT certification (OTR) required
- Active New Mexico state OT license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Previous clinical experience in a relevant care setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of ADLs, fine motor rehabilitation, and sensory integration techniques
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Compensation: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
