About the Role:
Validation Associates LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities:
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment at all times
Requirements:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current PTA licensure in the state of New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Prior clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, exercise techniques, and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
