Full Range Electrical Service Company in Wheeling is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service/Dispatcher to join our team. This position is responsible for managing incoming calls and communications, updating customer information, supporting technicians schedule and dispatch.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule and coordinate incoming service calls
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information and records
- Communicate professionally with clients and technicians
- Dispatch electricians and service technicians to residential and commercial job sites
- Maintain and update dispatch logs, work orders, and customer records in company software
- Communicate job status updates between field technicians and customers
- Support office staff with administrative tasks including data entry and filing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as an office assistant or willingness to learn on the job
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to tasks
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as an office assistant or willingness to learn on the job
