About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and dry vehicles thoroughly using proper techniques and equipment
- Perform interior and exterior detailing including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and cleaning windows
- Apply wax, polish, and protective coatings to vehicle exteriors
- Clean and condition upholstery, carpets, and interior trim
- Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and report findings appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing work area and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with finished results
Requirements:
- Previous car washing or auto detailing experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate customer vehicles
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn detailing techniques and products
