ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2004 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in B2B sales with Gateway Computers. As the company was winding down, an opportunity with State Farm came along and ultimately led me to build a new career in agency ownership. Outside of work, I'm a proud dad of two adult daughters and enjoy hiking, cooking, golfing, and spending time with family.
Giving back is important to our agency, and we're especially involved with local youth sports organizations and enjoy supporting young people in our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Don Guzman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
