I opened my agency in 1993 and currently lead a team of seven. I’ve spent more than 33 years with State Farm and worked in banking before beginning my State Farm career. I’m a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where I earned my B.S. and was a quarterback, team captain, and four-year letterman. That experience helped shape the teamwork, discipline, and commitment I bring to the agency today.
We’re proud to be deeply involved in the communities surrounding both of our office locations and regularly support local school districts and other community initiatives.

As an Account Associate for Matthew Knizner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Matthew Knizner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
