Starting Pay: $16/hour | Weekly Pay | Part-Time

We are looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality care and companionship to a client in the Columbus, OH 43207 area.

This is a great opportunity for a caregiver who takes pride in helping others, is dependable, and enjoys making a positive difference in a client’s daily life.

Schedule

Monday – Sunday | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

4-hour shifts
Consistent schedule

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide, you will help provide compassionate, respectful care while supporting the client's daily needs and independence.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care as assigned.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Following the client's individualized care plan.
Communicating professionally with the client, family, and care team.
Supporting the client with patience, dignity, and respect.
Maintaining accurate and timely communication regarding the client's needs.

The client may occasionally have verbal or emotional outbursts. These situations are non-physical. We are looking for someone who can remain calm, patient, and professional while providing consistent and supportive care.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to caregiving.
