We are looking for a dependable, proactive, and people-focused Field Expert & Backup Caregiver to support our growing team.
This hands-on role combines client support, caregiver recruitment, office support, and backup caregiving.
What You’ll Do
- Meet new clients and understand their care plans and expectations.
- Introduce and support caregivers during first-time shifts.
- Conduct client check-ins, supervisory visits, and reassessments.
- Help recruit, orient, and onboard quality caregivers.
- Support office operations and work closely with scheduling.
- Identify concerns early and take initiative to solve problems.

Step in as a backup caregiver when urgent coverage is needed.

Participate in a rotating after-hours.
Must-Have Qualifications

Professional caregiving experience – required.

Previous office/administrative experience – required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
- Dependable, accountable, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working both in the office and in clients’ homes.
- Willing and able to participate in the on-call rotation.
- Reliable transportation.
Home care agency experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
