Retail Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Retail Marketing Specialist to join our growing customer acquisition team representing a Spectrum national partner.
In this role, you will work directly with customers in major retail locations, create positive brand experiences, and help drive customer acquisition through face-to-face marketing and promotional activities.
What You’ll Do
- Represent our client professionally in retail environments
- Engage with customers and identify their needs
- Educate customers on available products and services
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and retail events
- Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
- Track daily activities and performance
- Work with team members and leadership to achieve team goals
- Participate in team meetings, coaching, and development

- Previous sales, marketing, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
