Position Summary
Precision Garage Door is seeking a dependable, organized Part-Time Administrative Associate to support daily operations in our Fredericksburg office. This person will help keep office records current, communicate with customers and team members, and handle routine administrative tasks during the morning hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails, take accurate messages, and direct questions to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and updates to customer information.
- Enter and maintain information in company systems with attention to accuracy.
- Prepare, scan, file, and organize office documents and records.
- Support the local management team with reports, follow-ups, supply orders, and other administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with technicians, customers, vendors, and coworkers.
- Help identify and resolve routine office issues, escalating matters when needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and office software; able to learn company systems.
- Able to manage several tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Dependable and available to work the stated morning schedule.
Work setting: On-site at the Fredericksburg office.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per week
