Imagine a sales career where almost all of your appointments come from company-generated leads. You'll meet with homeowners who are already interested in our services, recommend solutions, and close deals using a consultative, no-pressure approach.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess their gutter needs
- Present solutions, prepare estimates, and close sales
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers
- Build relationships with local referral partners
- Manage appointments, estimates, and opportunities using our CRM
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional sales experience
- Home services, construction, or in-home sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales technology
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
