Stephen Miller State Farm is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team.

This is a sales-focused role centered on building strong customer relationships, identifying additional needs, retaining business, and growing existing accounts. You'll help customers understand their insurance options while creating opportunities to deepen their relationship with our agency.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Conduct account and insurance reviews
Identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities
Recommend and sell appropriate insurance products
Follow up with customers and prospective customers
Help strengthen customer retention and account growth
Meet individual and team sales goals
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Partner with the service team to create an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For

Strong sales and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and follow-through
Goal-oriented and motivated by results
Previous sales, account management, or insurance experience preferred
Must possess or be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
