Stephen Miller State Farm is looking for an outgoing, motivated Multi-Line Representative to join our growing team.
This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys uncovering customer needs and providing solutions across multiple insurance product lines. You'll work with both prospective and existing customers while developing the skills to become a well-rounded insurance professional.

What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct needs-based insurance conversations
- Recommend and sell appropriate insurance products
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Follow up consistently with leads and customers
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Develop referral opportunities
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and in person
- Previous sales or insurance experience preferred, but not required
- Must possess or be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
